Multitasking in Visual Basic
This 2 day course is designed for developers who already know Visual Basic and would like to exploit its multitasking capabilities, in particular the new parallel processing features introduced in .Net 4. With Visual Basic 2010 Microsoft have ensured that VB can do everything that C# can do, so this course covers areas which were previously considered the domain of the C family of languages. The course is extremely practical and allows developers to benefit from modern multicore processors.
The 2 day course costs £1180 in total for up to 6 students, plus VAT and the instructor's reasonable expenses. Each student beyond 6 would cost £20 for the additional course materials.
