Expenses

♦ Our course prices include the presentation of the course and the cost of up to 6 manuals but not the reasonable expenses of the course instructor
♦ We do not charge any expenses for courses held in places near Fairford, for example Swindon, Gloucester and Cheltenham

Expenses for courses held elsewhere typically include the following:

Flights:	Where appropriate the cost of the flight itself, airport parking and travel to/from the airport at 40p per mile or the train fare. Most of our flights use flybe and other low-cost airlines, so the cost varies depending on the time of booking etc.
Travel by car:	This is charged at 40p per mile.
Travel by train:	The first class train fare. Advantage will be taken of advance booking, season tickets etc where appropriate.
Accommodation:	The cost of appropriate accommodation where the course is sufficiently distant from Fairford. We usually prefer B and Bs to hotels as they're friendlier.
Meals:	If an instructor is staying away then evening meals to a maximum of £20 each and the cost of a snack at lunchtime. Many organizations provide lunch for the course attendees as part of the training.

If preferred, a fixed price including expenses can be provided.
