Expense Details
| Our course prices include the course and materials cost but not the reasonable
expenses of the course instructor. We do not charge any expenses for courses held
in places near Fairford, for example Swindon, Gloucester and Cheltenham. Expenses
for courses held elsewhere typically include the following: |

| Flights: | Where appropriate the cost of the flight itself, airport parking and travel to/from the airport at 30p per mile or the train fare. Most of our flights use flybe and other low-cost airlines, so the cost varies depending on the time of booking etc. |
| Travel by car: | This is charged at 30p per mile. |
| Travel by train: | The first class train fare. Advantage will be taken of advance booking, season tickets etc where appropriate. |
| Accommodation: | The cost of appropriate accommodation where the course is sufficiently distant from Fairford. We usually prefer B and Bs to hotels as they're friendlier. |
| Meals: | If an instructor is staying away then evening meals to a maximum of £20 each and the cost of a snack at lunchtime. Many organizations provide lunch for the course attendees as part of the training. |
If preferred, a fixed price including expenses can be provided.
